They come out monthly. They are fairly new; I have been using them for about 15 years.
"Sorry you found the price offensive. I'm glad your parents found the service acceptable, especially the yellow jacket nest I spotted and treated for much less than they could have gotten anywhere else. Also, sounds like you feel the cost is 200 (actually, 195 ) every time a mole surfaces. Actually, no. Ongoing new activity is only 65 per mole taken during the service agreement term, and only charged after I catch it. Like mole insurance - if you need me, call me. If not, don't. Hope that clears it up a little. Thank you."
"Hi [removed member name] - thank you for your kind posting. I'm glad the ant issue is respoved, and you've made it thru the summer without any new activity. Please feel free to contact me should any new problems arise. Again, thank you, Marty @ Raven"
"[removed member name] - thank you for your kind posting. I am happy to have provided the service and results you requested. Hopefully the local mole population will leave you alone, but should the need arise, please contact me. Again, thank you and best wishes. Marty @ Raven"
Marty know what he is doing, and he said that this was one of the most puzzling and challenging situations he had encountered. He was persistent and guaranteed that he would solve it under our original agreement.
