I called Ramona hoping for a 'miracle'! We were moving into a house that had mildew issues so didn't want to move our furniture onto the old carpet. However, I did not have access to the house so she was able to provide a bid based on a drawing I provided.
We got the key Friday night, and they showed up Saturday morning at 8:00 am to install the new carpet. By 5:00 pm, we were moving our furniture into the living room and getting our beds set-up. It was such a great feeling to know the old mildew carpet was gone before we ever moved our furniture in!
Everything worked like clockwork; one installer did most of the work. Ramona (the owner) stopped by for a 'quality control' check; that was positive.
The only reason I gave a '4' on quality rather than a '5' is that the front closet was left. Technically it was in a hardwood area, but it is the old carpet. In the future, the installer should question the homeowner about all the closets, just to be sure. We didn't think about it until after he left.

It went excellent. I have already referred him to another friend who needs to get carpet installed as well. They are a family owned business so they aren't too pushy. They have great prices.
