MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE WITH PORTLAND PC WAS GREAT. I CALLED IN, THEY SENT SOMEONE OUT TO MY HOUSE TO FIX MY COMPUTER THE NEXT DAY. HAVING SOMEONE COME OUT TO THE HOUSE WAS FANTASTIC, IT IS SUCH A HASSLE TO BRING A COMPUTER IN. THE TECHNICIAN HAD MY COMPUTER FIXED AND RUNNING WITHIN A COUPLE HOURS.

I WAS HAVING A LOT OF TROUBLES WITH MY COMPUTER WITH SPY WARE AND IT WAS REALLY SLOWING MY SYSTEM DOWN. I DIDN'T WANT TO GO INTO MY SYSTEM AND JUST START DELETING BECAUSE I WAS AFRAID THAT I WOULD MAKE THE PROBLEMS WORSE. PORTLAND PC RESTORED MY COMPUTER TO AS FAST AS IT WAS BRAND NEW. THEY EXPLAINED HOW TO KEEP IT CLEAN AND MADE SEVERAL REALLY GOOD SUGGESTIONS.
