They were able to arrive on the same day I called. My computer was infected with multiple viruses where I could not reach or surf the internet. They installed virus protection software and showed me how to keep it updated to protect against new viruses. They also found a loose connection in my wireless card that was preventing me from reaching the internet. Their work was very professional and time efficient. I also appreciated that they were very courteous and upfront about their charges.
