Unlike most contractors, Justin answered the phone on the second ring, gave me a bid over the phone and scheduled an appointment. He was 45 minutes late but called to give us a heads up that he was running behind. He replaced a small section of carpet with some remnants from the same carpet that we had installed several years ago. Our cat had an accident and we couldn't get rid of the odor. Justin worked quickly and had the job finished in a couple of hours. He offered to help move the furniture back into place. We were pleased with the quality of the work and the rapid response time. We would definitely use him again.

Justin was referred to us by a family friend.  We thought we would give him a try.  His pricing was outstanding, his work ethic and the job he did was even better! 
We had the same carpet in our family room for years and it was just time for a change.  We ordered the carpet and then tried to find a person to lay it.  As I stated, Justin was referred to us.  I called him up and he came right over.  Gave us a wonderful quote and did the work.  He was prompt, worked hard and really knew what he was doing.  He was also very friendly, which helps in the service world.  The carpet looks awesome!  We will have him back again for sure!
