Foundation leaks are tricky. We have a 125 yr old house and hydrostatic pressure was forcing water through the floor and where the foundation meets the cement floor. That said, they recommended doing the work on the interior and cut a trench in the floor and ran it to a sump pump. They cut out the dry wall in order to do the work. They completed the job, and we went about restoring the basement walls. We are mudded, sanded, ready to paint and we get a Halloween atmospheric river and the basement is flooding. Pat's didn't get it plugged adequately and had to cut the drywall out and while they claimed they had it fixed now, it really came down to bringing in Ability Plus Drainage to do it right - on the exterior.
