Pats construction did an amazing job. They were by far the best at communication over any of the other companies we called. They showed up on time, worked hard from start to finish. Explained the project thoroughly and the work turned out amazing.The job bid was very thorough. They installed french drains, repaired foundation cracks, installed sump with crawlspace drainage. I cannot recommend them enough!!

Pat was very easy to work with. In the job process encountered a few unexpected conditions but was creative and flexible in handling to keep in the bidder cost and actually finished a day early. The work done has been excellent and they did a good job cleaning everything up when done.

Nice folks. Prompt. Fast workers doing quality work. Adaptable when I asked for a change. I would hire them again. They replaced wood railing around the concrete stairs leading to our front door, and they repaired some rotted areas of our deck. Yup, I'd hire them again.

Pat was able to bid and complete the job in under a week. He and his crew worked over the weekend to get a french drain and gutter downspout system dug and placed. It was amazing how fast his crew got this job done and his speed allowed me to keep my deck build on schedule. Also, he was the most competitive of the 3 bids I received.

He built a retaining wall for us and did a fine job. Very professional and would definitely hire him again.

They installed a retaining wall wall for us and also did some drainage work for our walkway as well. Pat did a great job at a fair price. They were very punctual and and completed the job quickly.

Quite simply, great experience. We are doing a remodel of our unfinished basement and we found we had a small crack in our foundation. When I called, I talked to John. We made an appt for the next day. He called to let me know he was going to be 5 minutes late (this show of courteousness is not common in my experience). I was told I would have a bid by EOD the next day and I did. I received 3 quotes and John/Pat's bid was the most competitive in addition to the schedule being the best. They quoted a 7-9 day project (this was right before Xmas). They started the work on a Saturday, worked all day Sunday, and had the project done in 7 days and were able to finish it right before Xmas. I had my contractor check out their work through a few stages and he was so impressed, he got their phone number for future jobs. Wish we didn't have any foundation issues, but since we did, I was very happy I found Pat's Construction.

Worked on steps to my satisfaction. Everything good. Cleaned up. Very careful not to let the chickens out.
