Delivery was on time with a call 15 minutes before and installation took about 15 min. Delivery men were careful with moving pieces down my hallway and into bedroom. They wore booties also. Just the right amount of friendliness and courtesy.
Description of Work: Salesperson made sure I chose the best mattress for me by firmly encouraging me to lay on my choices for 10 minutes each. And I was glad he did as it influenced my decision. Very clear in presentation of differences among mattresses.

I hate shopping and buying a mattress. Lets face it every weekend someone has a half off or miss matched color sale. I did not even want to play that game. I want a quality matress at a fair price and no must buy it this weekend garbage. We looked one weekend and went back and bought a new bed at Ethan Allen then walked over and bought the matress. There was never any pressure at Parklane. They delivered it on time and we had no matress to pick up so ti was short and sweet. We are happy with the purchase and have laid on it but the frame is still a month away. A mattress is a personal thing but they ahve a good selection and they are made here. We liked a pocket coil unit on a box frame but with a foam top but not so deep you sink into it and warm up.
Description of Work: Bought a nice king 23 inch tall mattress with a pillow top. I think it is the Aspen
