I have had an outstanding experience with Steve Rosling with Park Place Real Estate.  From first contact Steve has been responsive and informative with an easy going yet professional demeanor.  He helped me find the property I was looking for and has guided me through every step of the process.  His years of experience are obvious and gave me confidence when it came to negotiating the sales agreement.  He has a good rapport with the seller's agent as evidenced by the easy communication they have via email.  Plus, I get the sense that he really wants to help me make a good informed decisions around this major investment and strives to ensure that I stay informed and have opportunity to ask questions throughout the process.  For example, at the home inspection it was obvious he has a great deal of experience with the variety of issues a home inspector can uncover.  He spent time talking in detail to the home inspector about the things noted in my inspection to ensure he could help me make well informed repair requests of the seller.  I would say he went above and beyond...I'm not sure, but I don't think many real estate brokers pull on their cowboy boots and climb down into the crawlspace of a house behind the home inspector to see first hand some of the more serious issues found.  He even went down there again after the repairs were completed to satisfy for himself that they were done as requested.
I have only been into the Park Place Real Estate office once when I first met Steve in person.  I can say that the receptionist was personable and welcoming and the lobby and conference room was comfortable and well decorated without being over the top.
I highly recommend Park Place Real Estate and Steve Rosling.
