"Thank you for the review Ron! We try our absolute best to meet each and every customer's needs, including pricing. We even offer a senior discount for our customers who are 55 and up. Our price at the time was a 2-story home for $150. With taking into consideration the very large size of your home, very steep pitch of the roof which was not walk-able ( we ended up having to use our largest ladder around the perimeter of the house), amount of time it took to clear out your entire gutter system, in addition to driving an extra 20 miles to meet your needs of a same day appointment, we thought this price was going to please you and we are very sorry that it didn't.
