Oscar came and gave me a quote saying he could do the job the next day. The next day he called and said he was having equipment problem and would be there the next day. He showed up and the work was done calling me later that night to check on it. I appreciated that he called to let me know about the problem and then showed up the next day as he said he would. He did leave some hoses laying around instead of putting them back where he got them and some leaves from the gutters were left in the yard these are minor things so all in all a good experiance.

It was great. He is really responsive and his prices are really good. He has some workers who are just amazing. They worked really hard and worked until the job was done.

I was referred to Oscar & Son Group by two of my colleagues at work. I needed to have it all done before my daughter came to stay with us. I called Oscar and set up an estimate time. The first time he did not show up. I was upset because of the time I spent waiting for him. I emailed him to inquire about him not showing up. He called me back within one day of the email to apologize profusely and told me that he had been working on a huge job that evening and had forgotten about the estimate. We set up another time and I communicated the importance of having the job done before my daughter came to visit. He showed up on time for the 2nd scheduled estimate and we quickly scheduled the work and he had the work done (besides the fence repair) by the day I asked. I know that he actually made a point to do the work at my residence ahead of other jobs so he could honor my time line, which I really appreciated. These guys work hard! Their prices are very fair. They bid 'by the job' as opposed to 'by the hour' because they need to count the time spent coming to your residence or place of business, the time spent doing the work and then the time spent hauling away yard debris and taking that debris to a disposal site. I felt like the price was great for the work that they accomplished. Oscar told me that he would find the boards for my fence that need to be replaced and then replace them when he is in my part of town on another job so he doesn't have to charge me for time spent coming to my residence, which I appreciate. I plan on hiring Oscar & Son Group again in the fall to do more work on my property. I was very pleased with his work.

I was getting ready for an upcoming party and was trying to take care of the job on my own. I soon realized that I would not be able to do it on my own as I had let things really go in my yard. I called Oscar about two weeks before the party and he said that he was very busy, but would be able to squeeze me in and let me know how much it would cost. He called back a few days later to let me know the day he could fit me in. He came first thing on the day he said he would be here. I had edged in part of my grass line, but was unable to finish it. I explained this to Oscar and he said no problem and he would take care of it. He clean out all of the weeds in the beds first. He then finished my edging and applied the round up and preen. He followed by beautifully spreading the barkdust. He took great care being careful with my many plants and shrubs. He also did some extra things of his own accord. He sprayed and cleaned up the weeds in my driveway and patio. He finished by cleaning and blowing off my driveway and patio. He did an excellent job and my yard looks Fabulous.

I bought a rental house that had once been nicely landscaped with rock, brick, and railroad ties sectioning off different areas filled with bushes and flowers. The yard had been neglected for years and plants, rock, bricks, and grass had intermingled throughout the yard. I got three bids. I hired Oscar, because he was professional, knowledgeable and honest. I told him what I wanted done and what my budget was. He told me how we could keep costs down, so that I could have the yard that I wanted on my budget. After I hired him, he sent someone out immediately to begin working on the yard and the project was completed in a timely manner. A quality job was done. They were careful in transplanting plants. They removed all the rocks. The lawn came in and the yard looks beautiful. Oscar left me with detailed instructions on how to maintain the yard and he also left some fertilizer and grass seed. I recommend Oscar and would definitely hire him again.

I have used Oscar on numerous occasions over the years. He has always been fair in price, honest, reliable and gets the job done the first time. He has done general landscaping work for me, removed bushes, cleaned my roof of debris and moss and this time, tree trimming. I will continue to use him !!

I have been very happy working with Oscar and his crew. Although this is their busy season, they squeezed my job in and made sure to get in done on consecutive days (I hate it when contractors leave your job for someone else's). Oscar has been in business for a long time and does far more than the typical mow and blow that a lot of landscapers do. He lays a mean patio, does masonry, etc. His guys performed more work in 3 days than I would have thought possible had I not seen it for myself. They were courteous and made sure to check with me whenever there were decisions to be made. His prices are fair and reasonable, though not rock bottom. I'm willing to pay a reasonable rate for good work and responsive service. Oscar trusted me enough to work without a landscape design and to follow my instructions carefully. I love our new patio and pathways!
