+ -1 moreWONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE, HE WAS KIND AND VERY INFORMATIVE. HE WAS ABLE BY LOOKING AT SERIAL NUMBERS AND OTHER MARKS ON THE PIANO TO GIVE US THE YEAR, WHERE IT WAS MADE, ETC.
Description of Work: WE HAD OUR PIANO TUNED, CLEANED AND CALIBRATED. HE ALSO WENT OVER THE PIANO CAREFULLY LOOKING FOR POSSIBLE FUTURE PROBLEMS AND GAVE US A HISTORY ON THE INSTRUMENT ITSELF.
