ONE STOP CONSTRUCTION

Perfect. Owner was right on top of the schedule we needed, and did all the work to coordinate with the other company coming in after him that A.M.

Once I brought our inspector back for a reinspection after the work was completed, he noted several things that had been done very well, better than the average work by contractors in our area. A couple examples... they set the nails properly for the siding (hardiplank/hardipanel), and on any nails that had been set too deeply, they had caulked the heads as per the manufacturer directions. They had also installed blocking in the attic at the gable ends, to support the bottom edge of the gable panels, which had not been there previously. They repaired a cracked roof truss as well, reinforcing it well rather than just scabbing a piece onto the side of it.
The only downside to their work is that where the TV cable for the house that was originally installed came through the wall, it was cut off flush with the wall... causing me to have to install an interface box for splices inside the wall. I did not contact them to correct this, so maybe they would have addressed it readily, I don't know for sure. Overall, this is a minor issue with a major job, and I would be glad to put them to work for me in the future.
I never made direct contact with them, as the work was coordinated by the sellers Realtor, but the work they completed was done with good attention to detail and high quality.

Chris was very thorough, the job was done quickly and well, and the cost was extremely reasonable. He has also come to provide project ideas for more extensive repair work that we have not contracted yet. I am very impressed with his willingness to work with us to provide the best solution at a reasonable cost.
