Did not arrive on day scheduled for move and did not keep me apprised as to the reason for delay/ non arrival. All calls for information or updating initiated by me. Two movers arriving a day late were polite, but repeatedly moved large, heavy pieces alone which resulted in banging furniture into door frames, walls, and other furniture. Job finished quickly, but not carefully.
