If I could give a minus star rating I would.... HORRIBLE communication. We paid $75.00 to have them come to our house to measure for the structure. They incorrectly measured, so we couldn't have all the wall panels installed; a key piece of the structure. They didn't take ownership of their error, and kept deferring us to call "the plant" (this was made in California, and they drove up to install the structures). "The plant" called me asking why they were involved when it was clearly NW Custom Structures' error. There were never any apologies or resolution from NW Custom Structures. In fact the owner said she didn't know what to do. She eventually hung up on me.

I called NW Custom Structures after talking to three other carport dealers and was refreshed by the level of professionalism afforded by their customer service. We discussed all possible options and came up with a structure to fit my needs. Their price was second to lowest and their confidence was the highest. The materials and contractor showed up on time and erected the carport in 90 minutes. They did an outstanding job of making sure everything was plumb and square. We love our new carport and plan to order another one for the other side of our building.
