NORTHWEST PRINT STRATEGIES

When I called the company to ask if they could repair my Hewlitt-Packard computer printer (which was leaking toner ink), I spoke to Dave, who told me it sounded like a straight-forward job, but to bring it in and they'd take a look at it and give me an estimate. Another company I'd contacted told me over the phone--without even seeing the machine--that it couldn't be repaired and I should just buy another printer! I decided that I'd get a second opinion and I'm glad I did! When I took the printer in, I wasn't in a rush to get it back, which was good because they had a very busy work schedule due to one employee being sick and others on the road. After a week, Dave called to tell me that the printer was ready to go--all it needed was a cleaning and two new toner ink cartridges. He gave me the choice of replacing those myself, or they had them available and could sell them to me today. I decided to go with what they had in stock at the office, just to make it easier on myself. Dave carried the printer out to the car for me and as soon as I got it home, I set it up and printed some materials. The printer works good as new! The lesson I learned from this experience: ALWAYS GET A SECOND OPINION! It was worth it!
