I had them do some work on my system at my house two weeks later. 3 other contractors were unable to fix the control system problem on my heat pump system.....Jerry came out and diagnosed it in about 20 minutes, two days later he was back with parts and had it fixed in an hour....AMAZING. Description of Work: Northwest Heating and Cooling installed a new air conditioner/heat pump at our home in August 2014. They were helpful, punctual, and the cost was reasonable. In December we started to have a noise in our furnace so I called our furnace repairman to check it out. He couldn't find anything that would cause the noise. His suggestion was to call Northwest if the sound returned. The sound came back, I called Northwest for help. We made an appointment, then came today, and made the repairs on some old 'zones' that they hadn't installed. They fixed the problem and they did not charge us for this. I would highly recommend them as they did an excellent job (twice) for us.
