Well they did come and install the tub. But the drain never stopped the water from draining. The guy never bothered to check. I guess I should have checked but assumed a guy getting paid over a hundred dollars an hour would do his job. So we called to get them to fix the problem. They said they would come fix it for no charge. The guy comes out yeah those are just bad drains I would have never installed it cause they are bad, I would have told you to go buy a different one. Well it was your guy that put it in and it never worked even for 1 day none are that bad or if they are tell me before you install it and I put up drywall. Nothing I can do about it he says without trying to fix it at all. Also says he wont charge us for all 5 minutes which I thought was already was agreed upon, guess they don't talk to each other.  A week later what do we get a bill for 130 dollars. After about 3 calls we finally get them to admit that we don't have to pay for the fix of there mistake they never bothered to try and fix. Also 2 people told us no charge but they always acted like we should have to pay for them to come out for there mistake.

Service provider was knowledgable, efficient, and considerate. He arrived during established appointment schedule. He left the bathroom in full working order without any mess. The price for this service was reasonable to us because we do not DIY. I chose North's plumbing because of their close proximity and because they have been in business since 1946. I remembered as I was growing up that Mr. North had been my father's choice for plumbing service. The business was sold to a longtime employee in the 1980's. It's not often that you can find a service provider with such consistent standing. It was my pleasure to do business with Jeff and Ron, one of his excellent employees. I will use their service again.

We called and North's were able to send a service man in approximately one hour.  He was very efficient, neat and best of all, the toilet no longer leaks!! 

I have used North's Plumbing for many years because I like their personal service and because they stand behind the work that they do.  From the very start when you call them, your problem becomes their problem and they are quick to get help to you.  Their employees are friendly and knowledgeable and they work quickly.  This company really wants you to be satisfied!

They arrived on time, and did a nice job, especially with the kitchen sink issue.

I have hired North's Plumbing for all my plumbing needs over the last 20 plus years.  They have always solved the problem at hand.  They have worked with me well as to scheduling, promptness, etc.   It's been so long since I've worked with another plumbing company I'm not sure about their pricing, but I've always found it reasonable.  My latest project is a new hot water heater for my rental unit.  It's arranged for and scheduled for next week.

It went very well.  He was very professional and nice.  He didn't have to replace the hose.  The drain was plugged up and he was able to unclogg it.  For no extra charge he unclogged my bathroom sink.

We had a gas line installed in the laundry room, a water line installed for the fridge, and fixed a leaking toilet. The gas line installation and water line was done quickly. He did need to come back a second time to finish up the gas line due to not enough parts in the truck. The toilet ended up taking a couple visits. We discussed wanting to get a gas stove at some point so the plumber offered to install an extra T in the gas line for that purpose.

The work was completed in 1 1/4 hours. All parts needed were available in their truck, which was nice. They were very efficient and left no mess or parts. I would definitely use them again. Walt's Handyman Service recommended North's to me as a reliable and reasonable priced company. (Walt's was booked too far ahead to come out at that time) North's was about twenty-five minutes late, but they called me to let me know they were running late.

My third experience over the years. Always on time, efficient, & courteous.
