MOTTO'S PAINTING & FINE FINISHES

Eric matched the color of a house we'd seen in a different neighborhood. One great technique he had was to do the first coat in a slightly lighter color so that he could really tell that a full two coats had been done. The work was done in a timely fashion. We had a couple of issues with lights not being reattached correctly and some missing caulking, but as soon as we let him know, he came right out and fixed all the remaining issues. The house looks wonderful.

I interviewed several painters, approximately 12 or more, and the reason I selected Motto's Painting and Fine Finishes is that Eric struck me as being very knowledgeable, flexible, honest, provided me with the details I requested for the bid and was overall easy to communicate with. This turned out to hold true throughout the painting process. Eric Motto was very professional throughout the process and easy to communicate and work with as far as scheduling, special requests, providing recommendations and assistance with color choice. He was also very good with follow up. I contacted him because some of the front deck paint had bubbled up a couple of weeks later. When I contacted him I told him I would be gone on vacation and wanted to schedule the work upon my return. He took the initiative to contact me the week I returned from vacation to schedule to fix the paint on the front deck. His team came back out and resanded the spots that had bubbled up and repainted. Overall I was very impressed with their professionalism and the work performed.

Excellent. Eric had remodeled our house originally and his specialty is fine finishes. He did an excellent job refurbishing worn finishes throughout the house.

Fast and courteous crew. It was the hottest days of summer and they took short breaks to sit in the shade but they completed on schedule.

We had an excellent experience with this company. They did a very good job for us. They came out when they said that they would and finished on time. They were just very professional and we would use them again.

Eric met with us and helped us agree on a color. His crew showed up moved all the furniture to the center of the room and pulled everything off of the walls. They also covered everything; furniture, carpet and anything that wasn't supposed to be painted. They were very thorough and courteous. Eric stopped in with the paint as they were prepping everything and made sure everything was going well. They had it all painted everything put back on the wall and the furniture put back well before days end. I found them to be very professional and would highly recommend Eric and his guys.
