as noted confusing. not sure what was done oil on paper different than I asked. told me tires did not need to be rotated after I. ask for it and after job was "completed"

My ABS warning light started coming on, so I scheduled an appointment to have my car's brakes examined. When I arrived, my car went right in at my scheduled time, and after about 15 minutes, I had an estimate on what it would take to repair the problem. Since my car was already on a lift, and my calendar was free, I asked if it could be taken care of immediately. They were able to do the work immediately, and I was told it would take about 2 hours. One hour later I was told the job was complete. They had completed the job in less time than they had estimated, and the cost was also within the quoted amount.

They do some sort of a prepaid deal where you buy like 6 oil changes upfront and it's like $60 so it really breaks down to $10 an oil change. The only problem is that it's kind of hard to get an appointment with them. Because they're so popular they're always booked so you have to kind of know a week or two in advance. I think reasonable and you can't beat the prepaid oil change card. That pays itself pretty quick.

I am very satisfied with the results.

They give you your option of the work that can be done. They don’t do unnecessary work that might costs money like the dealerships would ask you to do. They keep your vehicle running and give you your options that this might be something that you want to think about in the next 12 months to do. They don’t till you that it has to be done today. If you go to the dealership they might say you are due to do this this and that and this is kids warning, you should replace it. Well Clutch Doctors would say you can get a little more life out of that. They are real honest about what needs to be done.

I Took my van in for a wheel bearing replacement,,they told me it was a bad trans.. I brought them a used trans which they installed . They called and said this trans had the same problem(a bad final drive bearing). I paid them $604 , and got a second opinion from Tim's ATCO transmissions,he said it was a wheel bearing and that he did not do wheel bearings. So I took it to Les Shwaub and they changed the wheel bearing and the noise went away. I took it back to The Clutch Dr. and they gave me back $604 One and a half years latter the reverse gear went out so I called The Clutch Dr. and ask what could they do for me,they said they would put my good trans back in for$300.( Half price) which they did when my wife went to pick up the car they tried to charge her more then the $300.,which she refused. So now we are only out $300. labor and $350 for a used trans that we never needed in the first place.

It was free because we have a special card dealer with them. My husband purchases 6 oil changes for some amount of money. They are honest and very responsive for example yesterday the guy found out that my appointment had double booked and because the other person that came was supposed to be at the other location, and so he apologized and still got me in somehow. I don't know what he did but he got me in and out. They made it right and honored it. I really appreciate these guys. We've used them before.

The staff was friendly and straightforward. As a woman, I didn't feel like I was being talked down to treated differently. Sitting in the waiting room you can hear the conversations that the staff has with other customers and it seemed straightforward.
They have Keurig coffee, couch and large TV, restroom and WiFi.
They let me know how things looked on my car, and didn't try to push any extra work on me. They stay busy there, and don't need to con you into spending more money with them.
I have been there a couple of times now, and I have no complaints. I will definitely go back.
My one note is that since they are not a full service shop I still had to go to the dealer to get my tire pressure sensor repaired. Hours are only Monday through Friday, and the last appointment is 4pm.
