Stan did a great job expanding our existing deck. He also helped us through the permit process, which was more complicated than we expected it to be. This is our second time using Moore Construction. Stan built our back fence in 2015.

Fantastic, did an excellent job. On time and communication excellent. Cleaned up the yard wonderful and now my fur babies have a wonderful place to explore.

He provided solutions that arose during the construction process and did a superb job on the project. He showed up when he said he would and provided updates throughout the project. I couldn't be happier.

I had a deck that was done improperly by someone else.  Stan came out and gave me a reasonable quote.  He was on time, very professional, was able to accommodate any requests that I had, and worked very quickly.
Unfortunately, he ended up removing the deck and starting from the ground up.  He was considerate and tried to re-use as much of the material as he could in order to keep the cost down.  I added on railing and stairs as well.  I also requested that he put up a pergola, but he was unable to do so due to the siding on the house needing repair first.  He was able to provide a name for someone who could do the siding repair and had them come out to write up a quote.
Any requests or tweaks I asked him to do during the building process was met with a smile and a yes.  
He was the only one working on the deck.  He estimated that it would take 2 weeks to get the deck finished.  He was able to get it done in 7 days.
He cleaned up afterwards, removing all of the old lumber that was unusable and even some of the trash that was found under the old deck that the last "contractor" had left behind.
In the event that I need another deck built I will be calling Stan.

It was a 2nd level deck in very harsh, coastal deck.  He used all stainless steel fasteners, trex decking, alumaRail glass railings.  It was structurally difficult and he did an excellent job.  He was on schedule. He cleaned up afterwards. I would definitely recommend him.

Project was done on time and budget. Looks great and should have a long life in rugged coastal climate. Stan was great to work with an is highly qualified for deck construction.

Stan did an excellent job dealing with all my questions and requests for price quotes to evaluate different options. After reviewing all the samples and pricing we decided on Trex composite decking using hidden fasteners and 2x6 cedar hand rails. Stan started work on schedule about one week after we had signed the contract. After the work had started I had forgotten to request an additional 3ft by 4 ft section be added to connect the deck to some existing stone steps . Stan was able to extend the deck to accommodate the request without charging for the additional labor or materials. The installation took about 4 days and everything looked great.

The 2 gates were falling apart and I thought I would do the part of the fence that I don't share with anyone. The original project was to completely re-fence the periphery of my house. I had gotten bids of the parts that were shared with several neighbors and spoken to them about sharing the cost, but none of the neighbors cooperated. I called up Stan and told him that this would be a much smaller bid than what they were originally looking at. I asked him if he would be willing to come out and re-estimate that portion for me. He did that and he went ahead and did the work. It was only a partial job. When he actually came out to do the work, before he did a tear down, he explained to me step by step exactly what was going to happen, what type of nails were going to be used, and what kind of wood was going to be used. He was very thorough and explained everything in lay language. Sometimes you have a rapport with someone and that’s what really happened. Stan did all the work by himself.

Stan Moore did a great job building us a new deck. Very strong recommendation.

He is fast, organized, does a good job, and has excellent prices. Also he is professional and uses quality material. He fixes any problems too.

Overall I was very pleased with the job. Excellent work. Very professional person to deal with. Answers calls promptly, very resonable in pricing, does a great job.

He did the deck work very nicely and did it under circumstances that were difficult because that is about the time we had snow and ice. It turned out to be a good bit larger project than we expected because of the termites found when we tore up the deck. We were quite pleased. He did a very good job, he was very reasonable, and he was easy to work with.

It went great. The gate was really heavy so he came back and fixed that for us right away. He did it in the time he said he was going to and he did a great job.

Stan did a great job. He arrived at the appointed time to give me an estimate. The price was reasonable. The work looks good. He showed up at the appointed time to work on the job and completed the job in 3 days. The references he gave us were positive.
