It went very well. He is a really nice guy and very dependable. Always there when he says he is going to be there. There were some dark colors in the condo and he did a great job edging them in. He is very detailed and only uses one kind of paint because he feels it is the best, lasts the longest, has the best coverage etc. He has many years of experience. One condo was $1,500, the other was about $1,900 and the deck was about $500. Very much worth it!
