Excellent. Goran was on time and extremely professional. He assessed the problem and fixed it quickly, He gave an estimate over the phone for 2 possible services at $150 and $300, and was able to remove the clog with the cheaper option. His charge matched the $150 estimate and he provided a 30-day warranty in case it clogged again. He said he has been doing this for 20 years and I would recommend him to anyone. I checked the Oregon Contractors Board first and he had a clean and active record.

He was great. They were excellent all the way around. I plan on using them again real soon. It's a one man business. It took about 3 or 4 hours. It was fine. The whole thing, overall. was well.
