He does his homework well and matched us up with a loan package that was better than we had planned for. He made the inevitable glitches into minor irritations and created easy solutions for us. He truly makes you feel like you are special; he calls/emails you, in stead of you trying to reach him, just to give you updates. Totally Professional. Patient. Prompt. 100% accurate Quotes. Willing to go the extra mile and answer questions in the evenings and weekends. Personal. The best part was he did all the work for us twice because we took so long and he never mentioned it once.
Description of Work: Mike assisted us in securing our first home mortgage, and down payment. He got us in with NO $$$ down and we even got 100% of our Ernest money back. We had NO out of pocket fee's.
