We initially scheduled Scott to consult with us regarding landscape design for our backyard. The consultation was helpful and the first project we decided to undertake was sod installation. Although Scott's bid was not the lowest, he made very clear that he wanted to earn our business and we were confident that he would take the greatest care with the project and make sure it was done right. Scott let me know when work would begin and he was very flexible in working around other contractors' changing schedules. He and his crew added soil and carefully tilled and raked the entire area a week before the sod installation was scheduled. When we told him we thought a few areas needed more soil, he came out again promptly to add more. The sod installation itself happened right on time and the new lawn looks wonderful! Scott even modified our existing gate to ensure that it would have adequate clearance over the new lawn. We had an excellent experience working with Scott and would highly recommend his company.

Couln't get a lot of companies to even call me back. Scott was happy to take a look at the project and gave me a price that I thought was fair. Very happy with the finished project.

Scott showed up the next day. Was running 30 mins. Late but called to say so. The valve box had to be completely rebuilt because it was so corroded the handle could not be turned tight enough to shut off the water. Fixed the problem quickly. Was professional but friendly and helpful in problem solving. I will call him back in the spring to adjust my sprinkler heads.

Project continue to progress in spite of difficult weather. Very responsive to questions and concerns. Good landscape problem solving ideas. We loved the results

First they removed the old cracked roof material and paid special attention to not get shards in the yard where the dog plays. We were very appreciate on this point. The crew power washed the timbers to check for integrity of the roof then they power washed the entire deck as well. The deck hasn't looked so good since it was built:)Plus points for doing the whole deck instead of only the part they were repairing.
We wanted metal roof with white on top and on the inside so it was special order. The company sent the wrong material and they notified us right away and sent for the correct material. They kept us informed the whole time.

Scott knows it stirs up our dog if he uses the doorbell so he always called us ahead so we knew he would be here. He never came before 11 AM which we requested because my husband works late shift and sleep late. They always cleaned up afterwards even though it took several days.
They let the wood dry before doing any other work on the porch which is good. They moved things out of the way then moved them back so we did not have to .
They are not finished yet but with one panel in place it looks really nice. I am very pleased with how it is turning out.

Yes, he required half down but I can understand given the material they have to purchase. Plus I have been on the other side of the business end and have tried to collect $ owed me after I have done a job. People are not always reliable when it comes to paying. So I completely understand the need to half up front. Small business owners cannot take the chance of a customer not paying on time. Small companies do not have reserves that big companies do. I am okay with that. I would rather do business with a small local company than a large corporation that has plenty of $ already. These guys do the work themselves they don’t subcontract it out. That is a big plus in my book!

They did a good job. They were prompt and the work was good.

He proposed a solution which met all of our needs and included a couple of ideas we hadn't thought of but, upon seeing them, we were convinced they would definitely be good additions. He made drawings available for approval by our homeowners association. The work was done in a timely fashion and we loved the new look. Since the work was completed, we have received several compliments from our neighbors on the terrific improvement. Weeks after completion and the newly sodded ground had established, Scott came back and mowed the area just to assure that things were done right.

The experience was terrific overall. From the quoting process to the final outcome we were very pleased. We will use this company again.
