They are a very good general contractor company and we have never had any issues whatsoever. He was fabulous and punctual, and took care of business. He was just very upfront with us - particularly about the cost - and gave us the quote up ahead, and we were very pleased with that. He showed up on time and cleaned up everything. He even replaced the toilet every night - and that was a pain because he had to keep removing it and reinstalling it - so that we could get the plumbing removed. It ended up being additional work done because we had dry rot issues in the floor of the bathroom. The work went very smoothly and quickly, and every time you took something apart, you found something that had to be fixed. He did that and took care of it. We are just really pleased with him. I know his work and I know who he has worked with, and for, and everybody has been pleased with him. We wanted somebody in here who we could trust, and not have to lock up everything and take an inventory everyday. We had a vision - we knew what we wanted, we had selected the colors and everything, and we had everything ready to be replaced. All he had to do was put things in place, move the plumbing and reinstall our shower unit. We had this large fiber glass shower in a very tight fit, but they made it work, beautifully. I believe the price was just under $10,000 but that was also including our purchases of the fixtures and lighting, and so on. The price was worth the work that was done - I got what I expected and what I had planned for. We are actually considering calling him back to do a kitchen project. It was a great experience.

Very pleased with the experience. It was a little hard getting phone calls returned to get the work started. But we were pleased with the work. Steve Karl was helpful and efficient. He was recovering from an injury, so did not do the work himself, but his worker was also very nice and competent.

STEVE (THE OWNER) WAS OPEN AND VERY CLEAR ON HIS WORK THAT NEEDED TO BE DONE. MY WIFE AND I HAD SPECIFIC DETAILS THAT WANTED TO BE DONE AND HE NAILED IT ON THE HEAD. I WAS ALSO IMPRESSED THAT THE JOB WAS FINISHED BEFORE THE ACTUAL PROMISED FINISH DATE. HIS PRICE QUOTE WAS A LITTLE BIT MORE THAN THE OTHERS BUT AFTER EVERYTHING WAS SAID AND DONE I HONESTLY DON'T THINK THE OTHERS WOULD HAVE DONE THE EXTRA DETAILS THAT HE AND HIS CREW DID FOR US. GIVE STEVE A CALL AND I REALLY THINK YOU WILL BE VERY IMPRESSED ON HIS PROFESSIONALISM.
