 + -1 moreJuan has been great to work with. He is reliable, professional, and pleasant. His carpentry skills are very good. He always seems more concerned about the quality of his work than about finishing quickly. His rates are extremely fair and he has always charged us the amount bid. He cleans up when he is done so that there hardly any sign of trace of constuction mess. We will be hiring him for more work as time goes on.
Description of Work: Juan worked on two houses for us, completing sereral different jobs over the past several months. He manufactured and installed doors for an under-stair storage area, repaired a deck, installed gutters on a shed, replaced interior trim, built a wood fence, built a drive way gate wide enough to drive a large vehicle through, dry-walled the inside of a garage and strorage room, and completed various small jobs involving trim work and so forth.
