Lawn Service
Josh was supposed to arrive at 8am with a 3-person crew. No one showed up and I didn't even hear from him until 3pm. I should have cancelled then, but instead I let them perform the work. He charged the same rate ($50/hr) but I ended up with 2 people instead of 3 and one of those was a fill-in (so likely not used to this type of work). The work was sloppy and there were still bits of yard debris all over the place including a 6 foot high pile he was supposed to return for the following morning. As you can guess he never came back.
