I feel so grateful that when I asked a couple of neighbors who they would recommend for a real estate agent it was Beverly Moser. I came into Portland from Iowa to take care of my sister-in-law who had terminal cancer. After she passed away, as executor I had to sell the house and again, coming highly recommended, I chose Beverly. It was the best decision I could possibly have imagined. When I interviewed several other relators I knew Beverly was the one for me. She was very personable and made me feel extremely comfortable from the start. I was impressed not only with her knowledge but how authentic and professional she was. I can honestly say I feel I hired the best of the best. She kept me on task on what needed to be done in order to sell the house. I had to get back to Iowa so Beverly was there in Portland to represent me. I could not have been in better hands and for that I will be forever grateful. She was my rock during a difficult time and got the house sold so I could move on with my life. I cannot recommend Beverly enough!!!

We just sold our house after listing with Beverly as our Agent. We had gotten her as a recommendation from a friend who had bought his current property with her help. It was the best decision as she is one an amazing person to work with. We have moved out, and hence we could not take care of a lot of the items to get the house ready for sale. From a very competitive market analysis , but very honest recommendations on what is needed to get the house ready and taking care of all the details including overlooking the bids which came up in from contractors (Carpet, Paint etc.) to even checking the work that the house was indeed ready to be put into the market she took care of all. I really feel that if someone is looking for a honest partner in this process, they should not look any further than Beverly

We had a fantastic experience with Doug and Beverly Moser when buying our new home this spring. For starters, they make an excellent team. Doug was our go-to for touring properties, and he took the time to truly understand what we were looking for. We were very picky in our requirements, and Doug made sure that the listings he sent our way were actually applicable to the types of houses we might be interested in. He was always available to tour houses with us, even on short notice, and never made us feel rushed or pressured into a decision. Once we made the decision to make an offer, he guided us expertly through negotiations and was in constant contact as things progressed toward our closing date. Meanwhile, Beverly worked behind the scenes to ensure our paperwork was in order and that all of the details were covered. Right from the start, Beverly and Doug's professionalism and friendliness put me at ease - important to me because I have not bought or sold many homes, and was a bit overwhelmed at the prospect of selling mine, and finding a new one. Beverly and Doug do a fantastic job at making the steps in the process clear and understandable, and addressed all my questions thoroughly and patiently. My home needed some work before it was sold, and with Beverly and Doug this was painless, as they know and were able to recommend top-notch, reasonably priced contractors, painters, cleaners, - you name it - for everything that needed to be done. They even found someone to run an estate sale for me, as I was downsizing, and that person too was excellent. They also did a great job of finding buyers for my home, and selling my home quickly and at a price above what I thought it would command.
Beverly and Doug also helped me find and purchase a new home. My "wish list" for what I wanted in my new place was, frankly, pretty demanding. Beverly and Doug were great at guiding me through the process of looking at homes, and to my delight, found a place better than I had hoped for. Again, Beverly and Doug made the negotiation process and the logistics of purchasing smooth sailing.
Beverly and Doug are a wonderful combination of hard-working and easy-going. Time and time again, I was impressed with their work ethic. They always got back to me promptly, and took care of any and all tasks quickly and efficiently. At the same time, in our personal interactions, they were always very pleasant and low-key. When a listing agent was unable to show us her listing, we call upon Beverly and Doug Moser to see if they would be available. They were several times we viewed the listing and subsequently bought it. They lived close by and were available and accommodating. They also could offer suggestions for an inspector, handyman, plumber etc., They represented us as buyers very well.

Bev met with us several months before we wanted to put our house on the market and gave us great advice on what needed to be updated. The house sold in 3 days. Throughout the process she and Doug always stayed in touch and returned calls quickly. Beverly was able to price our house for a price higher than we expected. Beverly helped us with the sale of our house. She was well-informed and methodical. She talked to us about everything from the first day to the last day and was always patient with our questions. The whole engagement lasted about 6 months and with each passing month it became more and more clear to us that she really had a lot of knowledge and experience and was doing whatever she could to help us make the sale.
Doug helped us with the purchase of our new house. He visited several houses with us and gave honest advice about everything. There were a couple of instances where he advised us to not buy a home because it had issues - which goes to show that he was working to get us a house that met our needs rather than forcing us to do a quick purchase.
Overall they were both wonderful to work with.

Beverly and Doug assisted us in selling of our home. They did an excellent job helping us purchase our current home so we asked them to help us sell our home. And they continued to surprise us on their outstanding service and real estate knowledge. The process couldn?t have gone any smoother.
Beverly came out to our home to do the walk through. We thought she would spend less time with old client like us vs new client since we already know what great real estate agents Beverly & Doug are and what they would bring to the table. But to our surprise, Beverly spent time thoroughly explaining everything to us in detail. She showed us detailed market research in our neighborhood and explains what she could do for us. That goes to show how much they care about all their clients (no cutting corners). Beverly arranged the 2nd meeting at our house to go over pricing and strategy on selling our house. Not only that she?s very organized and knowledgeable, she offered to come out to our place instead of meeting at the office so it would be easier with our two young kids. We left the meeting with solid plan and feeling very confident in the process.
We decided to list our house very close to the beginning of holiday seasons since we already moved to a new home. We knew going in that the market would be slower during holidays. Doug and Beverly worked very hard marketing our home (sending postcard, host open house, newspaper ads, online listing etc..). They were supportive and encouraging. They kept us inform the whole time of what they were doing and where our pricing stood on the market. Doug even randomly stopped by at our vacant home to make sure it?s presentable at all time. (We found out later that he lowered the temperature on thermostat to save us money and helped turn off the stairway light we forgot to turn off). At the end, we ended up with a great offer and stress free closing process. Beverly and Doug are best real estate agents we?ve ever worked with. We?ve been telling all our friends and family about them. They truly care about their clients and would provide nothing less than excellent service.
