We knew were going to try them for a month, like with most of our maintenance needs, and decide whether to keep them. They did fine when then actually arrived. Unfortunately, even though they said they would perform the tasks on a specific day, we had to call them at the end of the week and see if they actually planned to show up. After we called they were there within a couple of hours. They mowed and edged our front lawn. For some reason they skipped the backyard lawn. They were ok, and their prices were comparable to other companies.

I called and left a message before I was on a trip for about three weeks. Jeff called back just before I returned. He gave an estimate. He performed the work along with two coworkers as I expected. I very much appreciated the amount of leaves they were able to remove in the time frame that they worked. I also appreciated their good attitude and would certainly use them again.

This company has been taking care of our yard for more than 2 years. We have a huge yard. There's a lot of work to do each week and they make it look great. Our usual yard day is Thursday and sometimes they get a little behind and come on Friday, but they do get the work done and I don't really mind. If we have a party coming up and need the yard done a little earlier in the week they will come a day or two early and get the yard ready for us. That is the part I have appreciated the most. Once I was having problems getting the sprinklers on in the Spring. Jeff came to my home a couple of hours after I called him and fixed the problem at no extra charge. The only negative thing I can say is that if you leave voice mail it may be awhile before you get a phone call back. Calling his cell phone is the best way to go.
