He promised to work 5-6 days a week and get the house up in 3 weeks and it was amazing to see the house go up -sometimes an entire floor and wall in a day- the team of 5-6 workers started work at 8-9AM and went on until 7PM everyday breaking for lunch only. I never heard any obscenities spoken or any quarrels among them- the whole team was hardworking conscientious and strived for perfection- we passed inspections with 5 stars each time. We had to let him go as our windows were not ready (he finished the project way too early) and the windows arrived in batches- he came down each time we called him to put the windows up and requested corrections multiple times- he came after 7PM when he was done with other jobs or when he did not have work going to finish our work0--at times during lunch. I have never been happier with a crew so hardworking and with quality work. My contractor (who specializes in stair work) asked him to build stairs while watching over him- he went to work getting a perfect set of stairs in half a day...this was an amazing experience for me. My contractor who has been in the business for 45 +years was truly amazed and happy with his work. He also got a crew for us for the roof work which went great as well- this was an one man crew who did the job in 4 days- we had multiple valleys and gables in our home and of course for 1/2 the price quoted by other roofers. Again he brought in a crew for siding- which was again the lowest bid- the siders were really great- My contractor was watching him apply caulking on the siding in spaces and this man was so meticulous in the application that prompted my contractor to check every caulking applied- they were all in perfect thickness with no smudging etc. I can go on about this team and will add more when the soffits are done.
