Alex was always responsive, considerate, and helpful. From helping me with a new room fan to fixing a fence that can collapsed he was great in handling our concerns in a timely and kind manner. As an optometry student going to school I appreciated the convenience and location of the property. I would highly recommend one of his properties if you’re looking for housing. Thanks again!

I rented from Interurban property management for 2 years and had a great experience working with Alex as our landlord. Anytime we needed anything fixed Alex was there the next day to fix it. He is really easy to work with and his property is very nice and well kept. He is honest, dependable, and professional. Alex did a great job up-keeping the property and yard. He always responded in a timely and efficient manner. He was also very easy to get along with. I lived in the town home for 3 years and never had any problems. I would recommend Alex to anyone.
