Good, until they wanted a deposit. When we said no, as we didn't know these people. We never heard from them again. NEVER give a deposit down on contractors. We used to be contractors and we never asked for money down on equipment we bought. We went with All Surface Cleaning Co which did a good job and I'll recommend and they were only $20 more than this company.

Scott prepared a bid for roof and gutter cleaning and was patient in waiting my response to his bid. My due diligence process on bids from contractors I hire resulted in a question about the company's CCB license status. As of April 24, 2006 I have been waiting for perhaps a week or two for a reply from Scott about the status of the CCB license of Integrity Home Services, before deciding whether to accept the bid and schedule the work for roof and gutter cleaning. At this time I am giving the company the benefit of any doubt by answering ''Yes'' to the question ''Would you hire this company for a future job?'' However, if I don't receive any response or receive an unsatisfactory response, I would change the answer to this question.

Everything went well. They showed up on time for the bid appt and for installation. Product arrived quickly , installation was quick.

A REP. CALLED ME AT 9 AM BEFORE THE APPOINTMENT TO TELL ME THAT THERE HAD BEEN A FAMILY EMERGENCY AND THAT THEY NEEDED TO RE-SCHEDULE. WE AGREED ON 5 PM THE FOLLOWING DAY, ALTHOUGH THAT WAS TIGHT FOR MY SCHEDULE. THE REP. SAID, "I'LL BE SURE TO TELL HIM TO BE THERE BY 5:00." NO ONE EVER SHOWED UP AT ALL, AND NO ONE CALLED. I CALLED THEM SEVERAL DAYS LATER TO ASK ABOUT IT, AND THEY KNEW NOTHING ABOUT THE APPOINTMENT OR THE FACT THAT IT WAS MISSED.
