Lisa and Lenny were such a pleasure to work with. We staged a master bedroom, master bathroom, living room, family room, dining room kithcne, and breakfast nook in a vacant house. Lisa responded to my request for a quote in one day and was able to meet at the house on short notice. Lenny sent the quote over that evening and quickly responded to my questions about it. Their price was quite a bit higher than another stager I got a quote from, but Lisa was so much more attentive during their walkthrough, taking pictures and talking to me about what needed to be done and answering questions about what we should do in the rooms we were not staging, whereas the other stager barely said a word, walked around for 5 minutes and was done. Lisa and Lenny told me which rooms were fine to leave empty and didn't try to sell me additional room staging I wouldn't need. I am so happy we went with them instead of the cheaper option because it was well worth the cost. They did an amazing job and our real estate listing photos looked incredible. They even went to the rooms they weren't being paid to stage and rearranged any items or artwork leftover to make them look more presentable. That was a pleasant, unexpected surprise! Interest in our house the first days on market was crazy high and we got 2 above asking price offers in the first 24 hours of going on the market. I honestly believe the staging had a big part in selling our home so easily and quickly. Our close day also happened on short notice, and Lenny responded to my request to have things moved out hours after I sent it, and scheduled the move less than 2 days later on Sunday! This was our first time selling a home and had reservations about whether staging would be worth it but it definitely was, and we would use them if we ever sell a home again.

I talked with Lisa at Imagine Home Staging prior to listing our home we she gave me a brief phoneconsultation and set up a speedy appointment that matched my schedule with Rhonda who she said would contact me soon. Within a day, Rhonda and I had a phone pre-consult which helped me know what to expect for our appointment. When she arrived, Rhonda walked through each room, took a few minutes to get a feel for the home and made minor placement changes, together we removed extra furniture and wow what a difference! Sincewe were down-sizing Rhonda’s focus was on using the items we already had, not sending me out shopping to get things that I would not need after I moved. She used one of my scarves as a table runner, some greenery from a plant arrangement
that was outdated, and a small ornamental piece to create a table center piece for example. When she was done, all the rooms look spacious, inviting, and light-filled, the small changes were very effective, every person that toured our home made an offer. We had a sale pending in 10 hours, with two additional back up offers, all at full price! All of this without spending a cent on extra stuff to deal with in the move or take to the goodwill when we were done. Don't put your house on the market without contacting Rhonda first! Rhonda followed up with phone calls after our appointment and even watched for our home listing, commenting when it went on RLMS about how well we did following her advice. She made some suggestions on photographing the home better and then congratulated us when our listing went into 'Sale Pending' status. We were impressed that her service didn't end with the pre-sale consult, but she cared and followed our homes status all the way through the 'Home Sold'! My advice don't list your home without calling Imagine Home Staging first, it will be the
best money you spend on getting your home ready to sell!
