I was extremely happy with the services - the professionalism, friendliness, care and time was much more than I expected!  I will definitely be calling Sandra back in the future.

She arrived every day for awhile and spent time with my pets. She was very trustworthy and my pets were comfortable with her as well. She journaled her experiences each day including their schedules, feedings and companionship. She was available by phone so I could also check in with her if I wanted to. She is a very good person and I highly recommend her.

It went very well each time we used her services!

Whole process couldn't have been smoother, she was professional and most importantly cared a great deal for our cats. The notes she left after each visit really let us know that our cats were well taken care of - the cats didn't even seem excited to see us when we came home! We will most definitely use Sandra in the future, she was just amazing!

Sandra is so wonderful. I first hired her last year and posted a report at that time. This is an update to that report. Sandra had all of my information saved and still had a key to my house. Arranging to have her visit was as easy as sending an email. I did also call her shortly before the trip, just because I like to hear her actually tell me she'll be there. (This is my baby after all). The first day of my trip, Sandra sent me a text picture of my cat sitting in the sunroom enjoying her visit. (I had asked her to let me know she arrived the first day - I once had a friend forget to look in on him when I was out of town). This is very amazing. If you read my post about Nicky from last year, you'll see that he usually hides from everyone, but was again comfortable with her before the end of the first visit. I didn't feel any stress leaving Nicky for a week with Sandra looking after him. The detailed notes she leaves about each visit are very special and lets you see how your pet was doing each day you were gone. I can't recommend Sandra highly enough.

We couldn't be happier with Sandra's services. From our very first contact with her, she was professional and friendly, answering all of our questions fully and responding to emails or phone calls quickly. During her initial consultation before our trip, we were impressed with her thoroughness-- she had a checklist of things to go through with us to make sure she knew all about our cats' likes and dislikes, and she seemed genuinely interested in getting to know our cats as well as she could during the initial visit. One of our cats is EXTREMELY shy around strangers, and Sandra was petting her within about ten minutes. We were shocked; she has never taken to a stranger so readily before. I would not hesitate to use Sandra again-- in-home care is so much less stressful for pets than boarding, and the price and level of service couldn't be beat; we would have paid probably 50% more to put them up at a kennel with only a fraction of the personal attention Sandra gave them.

Sandra is terrific! Nick is afraid of people he doesn't know and it usually takes him a long, long time to be comfortable with them. Even if they are coming to feed him when I'm out of town. I could tell when she came to meet us that he would be OK with her, and he was. He usually hides from anyone coming into the house, and he needs long exposure over many visits to get comfortable with someone. Not with Sandra! On her first visit to care for Nick she got him to come out and even play with her. She said he didn't hide during any other visit, and even waited for her by the front door - and I believe her. I could just tell when I introduced them that he would warm up to her pretty quickly. I am extremely happy with the service Sandra provided and will definitely call her the next time I'm out of town. It feels really good to have someone you can trust take care of your baby and your home.

Before we left, Sandra came to our house to meet our cat and bird. Our bird can at times become noisy and aggressive around strangers. But, with Sandra, he was quite the little gentleman. Our new cat was also very friendly and playful with her. During her first visit, she also made sure that she would have all the information she would need while we were gone including vet and emergency contact information. While we were out of town, Sandra called to let us know how things were going. She also left us a daily journal describing how our pets were doing, including what they were eating, what mood(s) they were in and how they interacted with her. Sandra seems to have a natural gift for working with animals and for making them feel relaxed even when the humans are away.

She's simply the best.

Home Sweet Home Cat Sitting provides exceptional 1-on-1 care for my cats. Sandra seems to "speak cat" and knows just what each one wants and needs. She leaves me wonderful reports about what they did together and what games they played. I always feel secure when I leave home and know that Sandra is caring for my home and for my cats.

For 3 years Sandra provided wonderful care for my two cats. I sometimes think they were disappointed when I returned home. She took time to play with and really get to know them, commenting on Meg's happy sommersaults and Missy's propensity to bat at you if you aren't quick enough on dishing out the foot. I enjoyed reading her detailed notes of their behaviors and moods each day. They enjoyed the small gifts she would leave for them. I'm so sorry I now live outside her service area!
