HEVANET COMMUNICATIONS

I subscribed to Hevanet for many years (10 or more?) The reason I originally selected them was that they offered what so few company's did in those days: unlimited service for a reasonable price. About 4 or 5 years ago we regretfully changed providers because we were moving out of the service area. I have to say that I will NEVER have service again like I did with Hevanet. They are a local company that takes your connection very seriously. I rarely had problems, but when I did I always had rapid response. I don't know if the company is still this way, but I clearly recall leaving a message with the company on a Sunday late afternoon or evening, fully expecting that I would not receive a return call until Monday. Surprise! I was called within the hour by a very patient person (I believe his name was Herman?) I will always vouch for this company. They are a landmark in the Portland area. They have been around for a long time and are known for their service and good value.

I've used Hevanet for 11 years or so now as my ISP. I use their easy 6 month plan which asks me and then takes it from my credit card. Place to be if you like supporting local industries as I do.

They ROCK! They are so responsive and helpful that we actually moved our office to their service as well. In 5 years of using them, I've only been without service for about 20 minutes, and it was my fault! They walked me through what I did in about 2 seconds!
