The company performed the first phase of the project, vine pruning, which was required as a preparation for phase 2 - application of growth regulator. Instead of performing phase 2, application of a growth regulator, the company sprayed contact pesticide all over the vines, other shrubs, and trees. The company did not follow up but sent a bill for the pruning with no further services offered or performed.
