Myself, my wife and our 3 children had recently moved from California to Oregon.  After renting for a year or so we started thinking about purchasing a home in the Beaverton area.  We found a realtor off the internet which turned out to not be a very good idea.  That person was late meeting us at homes, rarely returned our calls and even got us all lost on one occasion.  At one of my sons soccer games I was mentioning (ok complaining) about our current realtor situation and another parent HIGHLY suggested we give Mark a call.  In fact, she went on and on about what an exceptional agent he was, and so we decided to take her up on
her suggestion.  What a change!  Mark was very approachable and friendly, and we felt comfortable with him right away. Marks wealth of knowledge, professionalism and negotiating skills are absolutely unsurpassable! Another thing that made Mark different from ?all the others? is that he used to be a builder, so he had a extreme amount of knowledge about potential issues in some of the homes we were looking at.  He has also been a great referral source for us since our home closed.  He has provided us
with a comparable market analysis so we could refinance our home and has pointed us in the direction of great contractors (electrician, plumber, etc) that we have used.  Mark has not only turned out to be a fantastic realtor but we are happy to now call him a trusted friend.  We would HIGHLY recommend using Mark as your realtor.  We will certainly use his services in the future should we decide to sell or buy again.

I have known Mark for years.  He helped us purchase the home we are in now in 2006 and was extremely helpful.  Mark met us at the home and we looked at the home, decided to purchase it, made an offer to the owners and had an accepted offer on the SAME DAY! Mark walked us through the whole transaction flawlessly and painlessly.   One of the best things about Mark is that he used to build homes in the mid-west, so he knows what red flags to look for when touring a home.  He has helped us on many occasions after we purchased our home when we had a question about home improvements or what the latest trend is for remodeling. He knows.  He also is currently helping us refinance the house and provided us comps for us to review to help the appraisal.  He is the best realtor I have ever worked with and the ONLY realtor I will ever work with
