Marcus was wonderful to work with! He is a clear communicator and gave me a very resonable quote before starting the work. Everything looks great and was done with a lot of skill. I will definitely be hiring Marcus again, I'm grateful he works on the east side of town as well as the west. :)

Seriously great service and professionalism. We were long overdue for moss removal from our roof (and driveway, and front porch, and fence, etc.) Our new best friends at Finishing Touch Cleaning spent about 10 hours at our property, working steadily and carefully to restore it to a condition that I swear is better than when we moved in 15 years ago. They removed the moss and grime, cleaned out the gutters, treated the roof against future moss growth, and cleaned all of our windows inside and out. (Plus, they completed this work so much better than we ever could have done ourselves.) They were also kind, respectful of us and our home, and charged very reasonable rates. I think they've been doing this work for several years, and their experience shows. I intend to invite them back every year going forward!

Marcus is a great worker and always does a good job. I live in a forest of trees so I use him 3 times a year.

I was impressed that my call was answered in the middle of completing a job. Made an appointment on the first phone call to come the following week to clean the gutters. Called back several days later and asked if it would be alright to put up Christmas lights before the gutters were cleaned or if that would cause a problem. I was told that there had been a cancellation and the job could be moved up before the Christmas lights were put on. Marcus the owner showed up 15 minutes early than the time he quoted. Spent 2.5 hours cleaning. Very pleasant to work with. Exceeded expectations. Will use again in the spring to clean windows and power wash the deck.

He did a great job and he worked very hard. He added wire in the drain to help with clogging in the future. He came the day after I called him, which was just in time for a big storm.

We have a sweet gum tree which doesn't finish shedding it's leaves until the end of December. This means gutter cleaning in the cold and rain. Marcus at Finishing Touch Cleaning promptly came during this nasty weather and cleaned our gutters. He is professional and did a good job.

The service was great, I had no complaints.
