At the 82nd Ave. store, I tested ellipticals & treadmills, chose an elliptical & had it delivered. No-pressure salespeople at the store, in terms of letting me choose a model. There was a bit of the "special coupon now! use now!" sales technique, which turned out to be not quite accurate (I've noticed the same "special" deal most weeks in their ads). Delivery & setup was extremely smooth.

We were in there twice and the salespeople were unusually knowledgeable about exercise and exercise equipment. Even though they are a small store, they had everything we needed.

Great sales staff--focused on what I wanted, not trying to sell me what they wanted. As I was checking out, the salesperson gave me $300 off the price of the elliptical. Although my delivery time was rescheduled, they delivered timely and set it up quickly.
