ENDEVER TREE SERVICE

It went very well. The showed up on time for the estimate, gave me a price while they were here, and when I awarded them the job and set a time for them to show up, they were punctual. We went in with our next door neighbors, who also needed tree work done, and got a reduced price based on two jobs. The only problem we had was that a branch cut from a tree damaged our fence. However, they repaired it within a couple of days. They cleaned up nicely, cut some of the smaller branches for firewood for us, and removed the larger ones, as we requested.

I was pretty pleased with them and they were competitively priced. They were easy to work with and very efficient. They came here with 6 people and worked for about 7 hours. I called them and they came and gave an estimate. They showed up on time and completed the job. There were a couple of things that I forgot to mention and they took care of it and a little more to the bill. They couldn?t have been more punctual. They had all the equipment they needed and I would use them in future.

They beat anyone's prices. Personality is an issue however, a little shy and rough. Very professional though.

The work was acceptable but the customer service was poor. When doing the estimate, the owner was acceptable. After the tree was cut down and I contacted contractor to discuss why the large pieces of tree were left in a pile on my patio, he stated it was not his problem. We had discussed only having him leave firewood size pieces. I was somewhat taken back when he said that it was not his problem, and I mentioned that this was poor customer service and he stated he did not give a *expletive*. I hung up at that time. He did call back later and indicated he was wrong and that the removal of the large pieces of wood was part of the contract.

The work was performed with room for improvement. I was not home when the work began but came home after the 2 cherries were down. The crew of 2 worked quickly but was not always careful about damage to other landscape plants. A large branch fell on a Rhodie, breaking one branch. I rescued another potted tree from under a branch. One of the cherry stumps was not completely ground away. I didn't notice the day the work was completed because of the pile of wood chips covering it. Later, I discovered much of the stump under the wood chips. I called and talked with Joe about this issue. He claimed that was the best they could do because of the slope it was on. The first stump was on the same slope and removed. He should not have quoted and charged for the removal if it could not be done.

Estimator showed up on time, was courteous and efficient. Work crew showed up right on time, worked quickly, and cleaned up the worksite.

Joe was quick at giving an on-site estimate and getting us on his schedule. Him and his crew were on time and very professional. The job was completed in a timely manner and cleaned up well. Our only concern is when the tree stump was ground up and chips left behind, they were piled up against our wood fence about 1 - 1 1/2 feet high which could have cause water damage. So we had to dig that all away from the fence.

Excellent job. All of the workers were very polite and helpful. Very reasonably priced. A very good experience. The price was divided between our neighbor and ourselves. Don't know what his share was.

JOE AND CREW WERE FAST AND EFFICIENT AND CLEANED UP IN A WORKMANLIKE MANNER. THEY WERE PROFESIONAL AND HARD WORKING AND I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.

GOOD PRICE COMPARED TO OTHER COMPANIES. BUT WORK WAS NOT COMPLETED, AND EVEN THOUGH HE PROMISED TWICE TO COME BACK AND COMPLETE THE WORK, HE NEVER CAME BACK.

JOE IS GOOD TO WORK WITH. WE HAD A TREE THAT STARTED TO LEAN. I CALLED HIM FRIDAY AT 3 PM AND HE CAME OUT TO SEE IT BY 5 PM FRIDAY NIGHT. HE IS TIMELY AND PROTECTS THE YARD AND OTHER GREENERY DURING HIS WORK. HIS COSTS ARE VERY REASONABLE.
