I worked with Sue Lass. Overall, I enjoyed working with her and appreciated her assistance and advice. I learned a great deal from the month's long process, so much so that next time I think I'll do a lot of the upfront work myself and use a decorator/consultant for just the purchases.

We dealt primarily with Sue Lass at En Vogue. Sue was very confident and business like and had the workers in there all the time. She said it would take 6-7 weeks, and it was done right on time. Any minor delay was because of scheduling inspectors, etc. I don't believe there was a day (other than the weekend) that someone wasn't there. Actually, one Saturday morning the plumber came by to check on something he wanted to be sure got done properly before starting in again on Monday! They were all very professional and kept a clean workplace They all put up with my barking dog and couldn' have been nicer. The "appliance garage" wound up being not quite tall enough to accommodate my Kitchenaid Mixer - my fault. Didn't give the dimensions. I assumed it would be - by osmosis, I suppose. Anyway, I casually mentioned it to Sue, who it turn told the cabinet guy and the OWNER of the company came out the next day and poof - it was tall enough. I will make a separate report for the cabinet people. could go on and on and have offered to Sue Lass to use our kitchen or us personally for recommendations for her work as well as her subs.

Sue Lass was available to me day and night during the most chaotic remodel activity! She stopped by and called me regularly to supervise the project, and to see how I was doing. Sue Lass is a competent, completely trustworthy, and very pleasant person who has skills far beyond what I expected from and Interior Decorator/Designer. She acted as the contractor of a major remodel, both interior and exterior, in addition to designer and decorator. The entire project exceeded $120,000; her fee was worth every penny, and was at least partially offset through her advice on prudent selections of contractors and products. I love my "new" home, and would not nor could not have done it without Sue Lass!!

I contacted En Vogue for help in determining colors to renovate our small, 3-person office. Sue Lass responded quickly and met with us within 3 days of the initial contact. She worked with us to choose paint colors and carpet to coordinate with the existing furniture. Due to our limited budget and need to have the work done on a weekend, Sue negotiated with the flooring company selected to keep our costs down. She provided a reference for a painter who we were very satisfied with. Sue monitored the carpet installation and followed up when we had a few details to work out. Sue has an excellent color sense and we are very satisfied with the results - our office is much improved.

It was just great start to finish. Great customer service and quality!

Sue first met with us in mid-May, and we were very pleased with her ability to take two people who had no idea what they wanted to do and come up with a beautiful result. She was great at showing us a few choices of rugs, furniture, paint color etc., that were all viable, and letting us make the final decision. If we weren't quite sure about what she showed us, she would come up with another group of selections. By mid-July all of the ceiling work, painting and flooring were done, and furniture started arriving. The very final touches arrived in November. Sue was very personable and always made us seem like we were at the top of her list. She always responded to questions or concerns quickly, and made sure all of the work was done in a timely and professional manner. We had a great time getting to know her, and I would love to have her do another project for us.

Susan Lass was fun to work with, had good suggestions and listened to my likes/dislikes. Was not pushy and took time to measure everything, even though she had a busy schedule. Knows about small differences in measurements vs. actual installation of items and how to make sure it will fit.

I cannot say enough complimentary things about Sue. I have been recommending her to many of my friends (and they are utilizing her expertise). I have received many compliments on my home. I was told that it looks like it should be in a magazine. My house felt cold and univiting before Sue worked her magic. She has saved me money because I am not making poor decorating decisions on my own. Hiring a designer like Sue is worth every penny (and her services are reasonably priced). I highly recommend Sue Lass and En Vogue Interiors!

Sue was professional, pleasant, easy to work with. I have never had an easier, faster color decision and I would recommend her.

SHE ALWAYS TRIES TO GET ME THE BEST PRICE.(I HAVE CHECKED OTHER PLACES, THIS IS TRUE). SUE IS STAYING ON TOP OF THE MARKET IDEAS WITH CONTINUED EDUCATION FROM SHOWS TO CLASSES. SHE IS A HANDS ON DECORATOR, WILLING TO GET DIRTY IF NEED BE! I WOULD RECOMMEND, AND HAVE RECOMMENDED SUE TO MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY.

VERY SATISFIED. SUE MADE ME FEEL VERY COMFORTABLE WITH THE ENTIRE PROCESS. SHE WAS ABLE TO CREATE A NEW HOME FOR ME WHILE STILL MAINTAINING MY IDENTITY.
