Eco Shine Cleaning Service

We found a Maria through a friend after our last cleaning company went out of business.  I didn't know how shoddy the previous company's cleaning had gotten until Maria team showed up and did an amazing job!   Maria Ruiz runs a tight ship.  She is a great gal, runs a professional business, and her teams are held to a high standard.  There is no drama, no complaining, these gals just seem to know what to do without having to ask.  Maria herself joins the team that cleans our house about once a month.  On their first visit about a year ago, I walked Maria through our house and I shared my priorities.  My main priorities were completely addressed.    There were a couple of "secret" things I was looking for as well.  In my opinion, if these gals had covered these couple of area's I'd be happy.  All these secret areas were covered, as well as some others I didn't think to consider.    Note this is a cleaning service, not a straightening up service.  In preparation for our Monday cleanings, we get our house straightened up so we can get the most our of these gals' time.  
I am usually present for cleaning, but I am perfectly comfortable with them accessing my house in my absence.

We had a cleaner for 17 years who just grew too old to do the work. We she left, we looked on Angie's list and tried someone else who was highly recommended. Unfortunately, after the first few times that person's work got sloppy as she rushed to be done. So, we continued our search until a friend recommended Maria Ruiz. Maria is warm and easy to like. As well, she is a very good businesswoman. Even though she is relatively young, she impressed us immensely, first with the organized way she plans her day to fit in all her clients, and then with her outstanding cleaning. She began in March 2012, bringing two helpers with her. Her work and that of her helpers has been consistent and thorough since then. In August 2012, we additionally hired her to clean our 4,000 sq ft office building. Her price was much higher than we had paid before, as she is used to pricing homes rather than offices. But we decided to give her a try. Our tenants have been very, very pleased. We have since negotiatied a lower price for the office, and we will continue to use her services. We like Maria and recommend her highly for either housecleaning or cleaning small offices. Her motto is, and quot;House
