Dry Cleaning Service
Its very clean- not all the usual clutter. They're very nice and orderly and very efficient. Everything has been done very well and they give out discount coupons after so many times you go in. I will keep going to them.

Dry Cleaning Service
I had 3 tops--two cotton blend T-shirts, and a polyester short-sleeved top. All had greasy spots on them, which I pointed out to the clerk and specifically asked "Can you get these out without ruining the fabric?" I was assured it would be no problem. I prepaid and picked up my clothing a couple of days later. All of the spots were still there! I pointed this out to the clerk (a different girl this time) who apologized and took them back, saying they would clean them again at no charge. When I came back, I was stunned to find that one of the tops had huge white blotches on it (it appeared that some chemical was used to remove the grease, but it ruined the fabric as well). One of the other tops had the grease spots even bigger! I was upset, and the girl offered to clean again, but I refused. There was no offer to refund my money, or even to fill out a damage claim. I sent an email to the "home" [email protected] no response.

WE WILL BE IN CONTACT WITH YOU TO DETERMINE WHAT WE CAN DO TO MAKE THIS RIGHT FOR YOU! THE CORRECT EMAIL ADDRESS TO SEND ANY COMMENTS IS [email protected]."
