Quick. Arrived about an hour after my initial call. Found the problem and fixed it in less than 5 minutes, so they spent an hour cleaning and servicing my A/C unit so its running better than ever.

We use them to help maintain our air conditioning unit and furnace.  
We have always experienced prompt service, and they are always reasonable about maintaining and repairing our existing equipment in a way that I feel is very efficient and conservative.

Came right away, happened to be near by between jobs. Took care of my furnace and gave advice for future needs. Went Great!

I called the shop and made an appointment, they showed up on time, they did some testing.
They had to order the part and came back and installed part 2 days later.
I could not be happier, I have used a couple of other big companies and I find that you receive much better
service when you go with a small shop.

Quick fix...very professional!

They came in a very short time frame. They looked at the furnace and recommended we upgrade the motor. We have had no problems with the system since we have done that.

My furnace stopped pushing air but it was heating.  I called Don's Air
Care at 8:30 am and a service tech arrived at my house at 10 am.  He
immediately diagnosed the problem as a blown part on the control board
that controlled the fan.  He gave an estimate on the part and labor.  He
called and left a message that day with the exact price of the part. 
Since I needed to get to work he picked up the part and returned the
next morning at 9 am to install the part and do a general service on the
furnace.  The cost was exactly what he had estimated.  Tim was very
knowledgeable and professional.  I would recommend Don's Air Care.

The problem was diagnosis and he left picked up a new fan, and was back the same day to install it.

The service was excellent in every way. They are professional, prompt, informative and most of all honest. They were the 3rd company we had come out to check our furnace and air conditioner which were not working. Both of the other companies said the furnace needed to be replaced (cost of $3900 to $5100) and most likely the air conditioner needed to be replaced as well. They came to this conclusion without performing any tests. Don's tested the furnace and found the burners were working fine and that the problem was the fan had shorted out and the drain line for the air conditioner was plugged. Fixed for $575 vs. the thousands of $'s both of the other companies said it would cost.

They always followed up promptly with quotes and arrived on time to do the work.

Don's Air Care was great. They came to my home in very cold weather. We had a lot snow and ice on the ground and they had me up and running in less then eight hours. I had never used them before and I was impressed that they came and serviced me even as a first time customer. He was very informative and professional. They explained everything that was going on with the furnace. I was very impressed that they had the required parts available in the truck, so I didn't have to wait. This is a small company and very friendly. If I ever have a problem again, I would call them again.

The workers are very experienced and willing to discuss what's going on so I understand it. They're responsive to calls and offer good quality work.

Serviceman Dave arrived right on time. He was friendly and professional. He allowed me to watch his digital video camera scoping of the heat exchanger (I'm curious about things like that). At the end of his work, he thoroughly went over what he'd done, made a few recommendations, and encouraged me to call him if I had any questions.

I like the fact that they are a small company and family owned. They were close by which made it easy. They came in and had the problem fixed in no time. They were pleasant do business with.

It wasn't working and he came out and cleaned out the air conditioner with a hose. I feel that he is very honest and what he charges is very reasonable.

Dave arrived as scheduled, did his work efficiently and professionally. He is very careful in keeping the working area clean.

We needed an inspection as a condition of sale of our home in Beaverton. I called on Tuesday and they were here on Friday. They called ahead, showed up on time and did the job in a fast and professional manner. I highly recommend this company.
