Aaron was very responsive and efficient with communication. He came by one evening for a free estimate and suggested razor trimming paint from our French pane windows due to a rather messy painting job done prior to our owning the home. We agreed.
We booked a day for him to come out. He was punctual, and worked very thoroughly to complete the job. I think it may have taken longer than he expected, but he honored the original quote and did a fantastic job! The windows look great (they actually sparkle!) and we will definitely hire Aaron again to clean our windows.

Due to putting the house up for sale, I needed the roof and gutters cleaned up for showings. The company who installed the roof had cleaned the roof and gutters for me before, but the earliest they come was much too late for the showings. I called Aaron Sentker, and he said that he could schedule me earlier. He even came on a Saturday in order to give me a quote on the spot! He explained thoroughly what he would do and why. It was clear to me that he had a lot of pride in doing the job right! I agreed with his quote.
On the scheduled day of work, Aaron brought two others to work with him, Alex and Jade. Aaron did most of the roof and gutter work, while the other two did most of the window and skylight work. All 3 of them were already there when I drove up to the house at 12:30 for a 1:00 appointment. They arrived early! Aaron was already on the roof cleaning the gutters. Alex and Jade came inside with me to see all the windows to be cleaned and then got started.
Inside, they cleaned out all the window tracks, which had years of dirt in them. They cleaned the inside windows and skylights, then informed me that they were done with the interior work, so I could lock up and let them continue working on the exterior windows and screens.
On the roof, Aaron cleaned the gutters and filled up most of our big yard debris recycling bin with what the gutters had in them! He inserted some guards to keep the leaves from going into the downspouts. The hardest job was a swatch of algae from the highest part of the roof down the front to the gutter above the garage. It looked bad from a curb appeal standpoint. The company that installed the roof was never able to get rid of the algae. Aaron worked extremely hard and got it removed! His work resulted in much better curb appeal.
I definitely recommend Aaron and would use him again.

We have used Aaron for nine years. His prices are very reasonable. Scheduling with Aaron is easy and his able to accommodate our needs.

Aaron is now expanding and using assistants to help with window cleaning. All went well - very clean inside and out. Fastidious about being clean inside my home. Windows were sparkling clean. Frames and tracks were also cleaned.

We have been using Aaron for years. I'm glad to see he is finally on Angie's List, so we can give him this high rating.
Our last service call was for window cleaning - both inside and out. Aaron does a very thorough job, not only cleaning the windows but the entire window frame as well (including the track). After he is done, our view looks like a HD television screen.
Aaron doesn't cut any corners, doesn't leave any messes behind, and is very courteous and professional. I see his truck all around our neighborhood, so I know that he is a regular around here. We have also recommended him to family members, and they have been pleased with his work as well.
Aaron isn't the cheapest option out there, but he isn't ridiculously expensive either. Great value for the money.
Lastly, we have used him for gutter cleaning and zinc applications on our roof as well. I'm not sure if he is doing power washing anymore.
Bottom line - I can't recommend him enough. He is our go-to guy each year.

Very thorough, does good work, and brings his own tools. He seems to be expanding recently.
