Deep Clean Carpet Cleaners

Called cleaner about special. They came and said room was larger than what the special was for. We went ahead and had serve performed. many upcharges were added and my wife was the only one around when payment was due.  Price went fro $79 to $253 .... They couldn't even get a stain out.  We did sq ft measurement and found they grossly overcharged us. We called them and they stated they would refund some money... Still never received after weeks.  We bought a Bissell carpet clean and it removed the stain they couldn't...  lesson learned. Stay away from these guys.

They did as good a job as possible.  My carpet hadn't been cleaned in years, is a bad color for showing dirt/wear and gets lots of traffic.  The only thing I wasn't thrilled with was how long it took to dry, but that was beyond their control.  Being November, it was too cold and damp outside to open the windows.

They came on time, hooked up their machinery, moved some furniture, cleaned the carpets, gave us an invoice, which we paid, packed away their equipment and left.  A job well done.

My experience with Deep Clean Carpet Systems was great. They showed up when they said the would. Gave me a great price on carpet cleaning and did a great job. My carpet was trashed due to a year of myself and roommates walking in and out of the house without taking off our shoes. The stairs were heavily soiled. I didn't think they would come clean. They were scheduled to do the whole house with the exception of the master bedroom. While they were on the way a door to door gal offered that her company would clean our entire house for free if we just told all of their friends what a great job they did. they told me to cancel the other company and let them do the work for free. Crazy offer and what a coincidence. I said that it would be rude and I already made a commitment but if they really wanted to they could clean our master bedroom. She agreed and the next thing I know I'm getting side swiped by a Kerby salesman. Darn, I knew it sounded a little fishy. So to make a long story short the Kerby salesman did his thing and started setting up the unit to clean this one room with furniture still in it so only around the furniture. Steve and his helper showed up and went immediately to work. They whizzed through the house and had completed the whole house by the time it took this Kerby salesman to clean one room plus Deep Clean Carpet Systems did a better job. They whole time the salesman kept telling me to see who did a better job and then I would be sold on the Kerby. Hmm.... let me see. A super quick and efficient job done for me that costs merely 245.00 or a tedious and sluggish pace of having to do the work myself for 3500.00.... I think I'll stick with Deep Clean. Thanks Steve. We'll see you next time. I'm not sure how long I can keep my shoes off in the house.

Steve and his assistant showed up right on time and got right to work. The job was professionally done, everything looked and smelled new. They also cleaned the wood floor under the sofa where an eon's worth of dog hair and crumbs had found a home. Deep Clean is the forth carpet cleaning firm I've used in the past two years. Now that I've found them, I won't have to look anywhere else.

Steve was professional and did a very good job. I will use this company for now on. Thank you!

I had used this service before but it had been two years and with two black labs, the carpet was really dirty. He did a superb job and the carpet looks like new. Got out some stains that I broke a finger trying to scrub out!

They wouldn't give me an estimate quote over the phone. They charged way more than other companies have in the past. They assured me that the process was the best and worth the difference for the longevity of the carpet. He came back one time to re-spot a big stain, but it seemes to have just moved over a few feet when rewet. I made seperate appointment to fix the stairs, never showed up, never called. He was a total jerk. I feel sorry for the owner of the company, I don't think he has any idea what is going on.

I will NEVER use this company again! When I contacted them regarding the change in price, they stated that I already agreed to it even though they quoted me a cheaper price before. It turns out this company has had MANY complaints on the BBB, AND they do not have an active business license so they are not legal to practice business in Oregon. Please be aware... next time, if price was mentioned in writing, print it out and bring it along! That way, scandalous companies like this cannot scam you. I've never dealt with a company so unprofessional EVER!!!
