She keeps in close contact with other agents to make sure she knows all the important details about the properties she shows you. Each time she shows a property she's already done her "homework" by getting answers to questions you may have about it (year built, the builder's name, the neighborhood demographics, nearby schools and businesses, condition of the home, etc.).
