We have been very happy with him. He will travel anywhere in the Portland area. He is a one-man operation. He calls us about every two years to see how it is doing and to see if we want him to come out. It usually takes a couple of hours for him to do the work. It would take longer if it were in poor shape. He doesn’t ask a lot of questions and he just starts working. He 's good on price and he's good on responsiveness. He's professional. He is accurate and unobtrusive when he is doing the work. He's really good. He plays it when he is done to see if it sounds right. My husband is very sensitive to tuning and he is very satisfied.
