Dave sold our home for us several months before, and when it was time to buy again, Dave was our first and only call.  He found the perfect home for us on the first day, negotiated the best possible price, negotiated repairs, and was on top of the one issue (an off the wall appraisal issue that became a non issue after Dave worked tirelessly to track down a 20 year old permit archived in the basement of city hall).
Dave truly stays in contact and returns calls and emails quickly.  We were ready to close in 23 days.

We found Dave Shuster through a referral by another realtor.  From the very beginning, we knew he would be excellent.  He contacted us right away to set up an appointment to meet in person and view our home.  He discussed options for presenting our home to be as appealing as possible to potential buyers. We took his advice and made a few changes, new paint, landscaping, etc.  After that was completed he listed our house.  We made one price adjustment within a few weeks after listing the house based on Dave's suggestion. This was great advice as it resulted in more showings and ultimately an offer.  We were thrilled because our house was located in a difficult area where houses typically take a long time to sell. Dave was excellent at keeping us informed throughout the entire process.  He checked in with us regularly and kept us informed of any new information as soon as he had it.  He is very easy to get a hold of and responded to voice mails and emails within minutes.  If we had any questions or concerns, they were addressed immediately.  He always provided feedback from all our showings which was helpful to see what people liked or did not like about the house.  When problems arose with our buyer and the sale of their home which delayed our closing day, Dave really was there for us. He was very strategic and provided incentives that allowed the sale to go through as planned.  He stayed on top of the process the entire time and without his follow through and attentiveness to detail, the sale may not have happened.  We have worked with several other realtors over the years, and have never worked with someone who showed as much care and concern for our family.  He worked incredibly hard to ensure the sale process was as smooth as possible for us.  I would highly recommend Dave Shuster for anyone looking to buy or sell their home.  He was excellent.  Choosing a realtor to sell your home can be really challenging especially if you have no idea who to contact.  I am so thankful that we were referred to him and I hope this review will be helpful to anyone looking to find someone great.
